In-person consultations
All first-session consultations are conducted in person at the Brick Lane office. Subsequent reviews may be scheduled remotely by arrangement with your assigned nutrition professional.
Intake record preparation
Following your initial enquiry, the Tarlo team will issue a seven-day intake record template by email. Completing this prior to the first consultation allows the session to focus on compositional analysis rather than data collection.
Response timelines
Written enquiries submitted via the contact form are reviewed within two working days. Telephone enquiries made during office hours are handled on the same day wherever staff availability permits.
